1.In what modes can I make the payment ?

Presently we accept payments in three modes.

1. Credit card payments through Paypal Gateway

2. Direct bank account transfer ( AXIS / ICICI ).

3. Direct Cash collection

2.What are the cancellation charges ?

If you would like to cancel the registered event the amount refund will be as follows

>24 hrs from event commencement 90% of the amount paid will be refunded.

<24 hrs from event commencement 75% of the amount paid will be refunded.

3.Are there any hidden cost ?

They are no hidden charges or extra cost.

4.What happens if LiveAction cannot be broadcasted at the time of event ?

We take all standby precautions to telecast the event as scheduled but due to any technical reasons we may not be able to broadcast the event & in such a case if broadcast is not started full amount is refunded and if started on pro rata basis amount will be refunded.

6.How many days prior to the event can I register the event ?

Presently we are limited in booking live events so we request you to book well in advance to avoid booking closed on a particular date and time. To know whether the slot is available or not plz mail us at info@itclerk.com

7.On the day of the event when is the livebroadcast going to start ?

As per the Event hosting party schedule the event will be started & live.

8.Is there any time delay in live telecast during event coverage?

As the live signal travels through internet covering cities and countries an delay of 10-60 seconds variation between video broadcast and event can be expected.

9.Can we get sample or test video to check the clarity and speed?

All the events which are broadcasted from our end are secured and confidential and we will not share/publisize to any one. So we dont provide any sample or test videos for checking.
