Livestreaming Events - Our Process

How does this work –

1. Schedule the event by completing the booking form. [ Book Now ]

2. Our support team will verify the booking form and check for our date availability slot, network coverage in event area, etc and let you know the status of your booking with confrimation or rejection mail. Rejection will only be when we are booked for the slot or if network(internet) coverage is not available.

3. If your booking gets confirmation mail along with this an payment form will also be attached & after the payment is done we will create the website link for the event and let you know the link before two days prior to the event.

4. After receiving the email from us the Event hosting party will circulate the link by Email, Invitation card, or by any other media spread the link to the viewers] (Note - For security reasons we don’t provide/publish the event link on our site or through support emails. Viewers must collect this from event hosting party )

5. On the day of the event our professionals will setup live and stream the broadcast to our servers located worldwide and viewers will be accessing the same through the link provided by the EHP
